Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
- Usage Data may include information such as your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
- When You access the Service by or through a mobile Device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile Device You use, your mobile Device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile Device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, and other similar data.
- We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile Device.
- While using our Application, in order to provide features of our Application, we may collect, with your prior permission (i) information from your Device's phone book (contacts list) solely to help You invite friends You choose—we do not spam your contacts; (ii) pictures and other information from your Device's camera and photo library; (iii) microphone audio for voice logging or coaching features You initiate.
- In addition to standard usage tracking, we utilize first-party, server-side tracking to measure campaign performance. Behavioral events and identifiers (such as email addresses or phone numbers) collected on our platform may be processed securely on our servers and hashed (using industry-standard hashing such as SHA-256) before being transmitted to advertising partners like Meta. This infrastructure may be facilitated by our third-party provider, Message Polly.
10. Engagement, Notifications, and Payments
We may collect streak, award, todo, and similar engagement data; push notification tokens; reminder schedules (logging, medication, biomarker retest, coaching, invites); and subscription/entitlement status. Payments for App Store and Google Play purchases are processed by Apple, Google, and/or RevenueCat. Web purchases may be processed by Stripe or similar processors. We receive subscription status and related billing metadata needed to provide paid features; full payment card details are typically handled by the applicable store or processor, not stored by us.
11. Analytics, Experiments, and Diagnostics
We use analytics, attribution, experimentation, and crash-reporting tools to operate and improve the Service. Depending on platform, these may include Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Firebase Analytics, Statsig, and Sentry. These tools may receive Device identifiers, event data, experiment assignments, performance metrics, and crash logs for purpose-limited analytics, product improvement, marketing attribution, and reliability.
###
3. Use of Your Personal Data
Except as described in this Privacy Policy, we collect your information through the Services when You choose to provide such information or authorize integrations, such as when You subscribe to our Services or enable health, location, or AI features. The Company may use personal information for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service, including meal and workout logging, insights, and account functionality.
- To manage your Account as a user of the Service.
- For the performance of a contract, compliance and undertaking of the subscription contract for the Services You have subscribed through the Application or website.

- We may use your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, marketing and your experience.
###
3.8 ### AI processing, improvement, and training
- Feature operation. Our Application personalizes your experience by leveraging third-party large language model and related AI APIs—primarily OpenAI and Google Gemini, and other AI processors we may use to operate features (for example certain text-processing workloads). For personalization and automation (e.g. AI Chat/Coach, voice sessions, meal photo/text analysis, biomarker extraction/interpretation, proactive messages), we send relevant inputs—which may include health metrics, messages, images, audio, Lab Materials, and Account context—to those providers in order to obtain a response or structured output.
- Our product improvement. We may use de-identified and/or aggregated data that cannot reasonably be used to identify You to improve Healthier’s own Services, quality, and safety.
- No sale of Personal Data. We do not sell your Personal Data.
- Third-party foundation-model training. We configure AI providers, where the product and contract allow, so that API inputs are used to provide the Service under the provider’s terms and data-processing terms, and not to train their public foundation models on your identifiable health content. We do not use uploaded Lab Materials or other identifiable health content to train third-party foundation models unless (a) the provider’s applicable API terms provide for business/zero-retention processing without such training, or (b) You give separate consent. You should also review the privacy policies of OpenAI, Google, and any other AI provider involved in a feature You use.
- Processing may occur on servers located outside your country, including in the United States and other regions where our providers operate.
4. Sharing of Your Personal Data

5. Security
Ensuring the safety of your data is our prime concern. We employ security protocols in partnership with our infrastructure and AI providers to protect the integrity and security of your data. Your data will neither be sold, shared, nor distributed to any unrelated third party, except as mandated by law, as described in this Policy, or with your direct approval. Our health-platform integrations are intended to conform to Apple’s and Google’s applicable usage guidelines and terms of service. We encourage You to routinely scrutinize and manage the permissions You grant to third-party applications.
Lab Materials and other sensitive files are stored in secured cloud storage associated with your Account and access-controlled in our systems. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Thus, any warranties or assurances regarding complete safeguarding of your data are disclaimed, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You can improve the security of your information and any Accounts You have with the Services by creating strong passwords that only You know, closing Accounts after You are done using them on shared Devices, and not accessing the Services over unsecured networks. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs through your Account, whether or not You authorized the activity. Please notify us if You become aware of unauthorized use of your password or Account.
6. Data Protection Mechanisms
We take the protection of your Personal Data seriously and implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your Personal Data when You enter, submit, or access your Personal Data. These measures include but are not limited to:

We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Voice audio for realtime sessions is processed to deliver the feature and retained only as needed for that purpose or as part of stored conversation history where applicable. Lab Materials and biomarker records remain until You delete them or delete your Account, subject to backup and legal retention needs.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
###
8. Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, Country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. Our primary hosting context is Singapore; subprocessors (including AI, maps, analytics, and cloud providers) may process data in the United States, European Union, and other regions.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
We will take all steps that are reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a Country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.
###

To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@gethealthier.ai. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. We do not discriminate against You for exercising privacy rights.
Please note, however, that we may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis for its retention, such as for compliance with regulatory requirements or to protect the security and integrity of our Service.

If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we learn that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our databases as required by applicable law. If we need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your information and your Country requires consent from a parent, we may require your parent's consent before we collect and use that information. Note that our Application Terms also require users to be at least 17 to register for the Application (or such greater age required locally).
