Medications Healthier can track

Each page is a medicine in Healthier’s catalog: the standard schedule, an expected weight-change band, and what the app records. Healthier does not prescribe, sell, or recommend a dose.

If your medicine is not listed, you can still log meals, protein, workouts and sleep. The catalog is the set the app already knows how to schedule.

Questions

Which medications can Healthier track?

The catalog includes Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro, Saxenda, Rybelsus, Trulicity, Victoza, and many more. Open a medicine for its standard schedule and progress band.

How is Wegovy different from Ozempic?

Both are semaglutide, taken once a week. In Healthier’s catalog the Wegovy schedule goes up to 2.4 mg and the Ozempic schedule goes up to 2 mg. Your prescriber chooses the medicine and the dose.

Is Mounjaro a GLP-1?

Mounjaro is tirzepatide. Healthier tracks it in the same GLP-1 catalog, with its own weekly schedule from 2.5 mg up to 15 mg.

What is the progress band?

A typical range of weight change, as a percent of starting weight, so you can see your own weigh-ins beside it. It is not a target and not a prediction for you.

Can I use a different schedule?

Yes. The page shows the standard titration. In the app you set the dose you are on and the reminder days your prescriber actually chose.

What if I miss a reminder?

Healthier reminds you. It does not tell you whether to take a missed dose. That question belongs with your prescriber.

What if my medication is not listed?

You can still log meals, protein, workouts, and sleep. The catalog is the set Healthier already knows how to schedule.

Does Healthier sell or prescribe these?

No. Healthier tracks a prescription you already have.
