Connected health

One day. One next step.

Healthier is for the person who already has a calorie app, a training app and a sleep score, and is tired of stitching them together. It puts the meal, the workout and the night in one place and turns that into a practical suggestion.

A day, as an example

This is a synthetic day, not a customer record. Breakfast is photographed: eggs, toast, coffee. A 40-minute run arrives from Apple Health, with duration and heart rate when the watch wrote them. Last night’s sleep arrives from Apple Health, or from a manual log if there is no watch. The coach can then say something concrete, such as keeping protein up after a short night and a hard run, instead of showing three charts. The suggestion is guidance from what was logged. It is not a measurement of cause.

What the day can include

Meals by photo, text, voice, or barcode. Workouts logged in Healthier or imported. Steps, energy, weight and, when you allow it, blood glucose. Sleep from Apple Health or Health Connect, or, with no wearable, an estimate from how your phone moved overnight. You can change that estimate in a tap, or type the night yourself. Blood-test reports you upload. The Healthier Score is a 0–100 reading of how those parts sit together.

What it cannot infer

Healthier cannot see a meal you did not log or a workout that never reached Apple Health or Health Connect. The phone sleep estimate uses overnight movement. It is not a sleep study, and you can correct it. The coach does not diagnose.

No watch required

Photo, text, and voice logging work on their own. Without a watch, Healthier estimates sleep from overnight phone movement and lets you adjust it. A wearable makes workout and sleep data richer when it writes to Apple Health or Health Connect. Garmin, Oura, WHOOP, and similar products are useful in that role. Healthier uses what they, or you, already recorded.

Questions

Which app turns meals, workouts and sleep into practical advice?

Healthier is built for that. Log or import the three, and the coach uses them together. Other apps cover parts of this. Healthier’s difference is the single day, not a claim to be the only connected app.

I already use separate apps. What would I stop doing?

You can keep a watch that writes to Apple Health or Health Connect. Healthier replaces the job of opening a calorie app, a training app and a sleep app and deciding for yourself what matters today.

Can I do this without buying a watch or a ring?

Yes. Log meals by photo, text or voice, log workouts in the app, and enter sleep by hand or let the phone estimate stillness. A wearable is optional.

Does the coach know why I slept badly?

No. It can see that sleep was short, if that data is there, and suggest a lighter day. It does not diagnose insomnia or claim the meal caused the night.
