왜 점수가 바뀌나요?

점수는 살아 있어요. 기대는 하루 중에 생기고, 새 식사나 고친 식사, 기기 기록이 정보를 더해요. 빠진 데이터는 끝난 하루로 보지 않아요. 변화는 갑작스러운 건강의 변화가 아니라, 시간이나 더 완전한 그림을 반영할 수 있어요.

방법론에서

영양

칼로리, 단백질, 음식에서 온 식이섬유, 재량 식품, 알코올이 모두 이야기를 만들어요. 알코올은 영양 점수를 올리지 않아요.

운동

오늘의 활동은 최근 며칠과 함께 봐요. 조용한 휴식일도 자리가 있어요. 움직임이 어떤 지점을 넘으면, 오늘의 질에 계속 더해지지는 않아요.

회복

어젯밤 수면 시간이 가장 중요해요. 짧은 잠은 긴 밤보다 더 크게 반영되고, 최근 밤들이 맥락을 더해요.

아침이 하루 전체는 아니에요.

기대는 하루가 펼쳐지면서 생겨요. 아침 식사 기록은 끝난 저녁으로 평가되지 않고, 늦게 도착한 기기 데이터가 그림을 바꿀 수 있어요.

더 많다고 항상 더 좋은 것은 아니에요.

움직임을 더 한다고 점수가 끝없이 오르지는 않아요. 섭취가 너무 적거나 잠이 너무 짧으면, 나머지가 좋아도 전체 결과가 제한될 수 있어요.

빠진 기록은 나쁜 하루가 아니에요.

점수는 기록된 행동과, 정보가 얼마나 있는지를 함께 봐요. 불완전한 정보는 해결할 것으로 보여요.

사람을 먼저 두는 지원.

임신 중일 때, 섭식 장애 이력이 있을 때, 점수가 맞지 않을 수 있는 다른 경우에는 점수가 기본적으로 꺼져 있어요. 기준에 맞는 기록이 없으면 숫자 점수도 없어요.

확립된 연구가 점수가 무엇에 주의를 기울일지를 이끌어요. Healthier는 그 원칙을 실용적인 매일의 틀로 옮겨요.

건강 행동은 함께 봐야 해요.

미국심장협회의 Life's Essential 8은 식단, 활동, 수면을 더 넓은 건강 틀 안에 포함해요. 이 행동들을 함께 보자는 뜻이지, Healthier Score 자체를 검증하는 것은 아니에요.

규칙적인 움직임이 중요해요.

WHO 활동 지침과 걸음 수 메타분석은 규칙적인 활동, 그리고 걸음이 늘어도 이득이 끝없이 비례하지는 않는다는 관계를 지지해요.

음식의 질이 그림을 더해요.

WHO 식사 지침과 단백질 연구가, 에너지 섭취와 함께 음식에서 온 식이섬유와 단백질이 충분한지를 보게 해요.
