なぜスコアは変わるのですか。

スコアは動いています。期待は1日の中で育ち、新しい食事や編集した食事、機器の読み取りが情報を足します。データがないことを、終わった1日としては扱いません。変化は、健康が急に変わったことではなく、時間か、より完全な絵を映していることがあります。

栄養

カロリー、たんぱく質、食品由来の食物繊維、自由に選ぶ食品、アルコールが、物語を助けます。アルコールが栄養の点数を上げることはありません。

運動

今日の活動は、直近の日と照らして読まれ、静かな休息日の余地があります。あるところを超えた運動が、その日の質をどこまでも足すことはありません。

回復

いちばん大きいのは、昨夜の睡眠時間です。短い睡眠は、長い夜よりはっきり重く見ます。直近の夜が文脈を足します。

朝は、1日の全部ではありません。

期待は、1日が進むにつれて育ちます。朝の食事記録を、終わった夜として裁くことはありません。あとから届く機器のデータが、絵を変えることもあります。

多ければ、いつも良いわけではありません。

余分な運動が、無制限の評価になることはありません。とても少ない摂取や、とても短い睡眠は、ほかが良くても全体を抑えることがあります。

測れていないことは、悪い1日ではありません。

スコアは、記録された行動と、どれだけ情報があるかの両方を見ます。足りない情報は、解消するものとして示されます。

あなたを先にするサポート。

妊娠中、摂食障害の経験がある場合、スコアが向かないその他のリスクが高い場合は、スコアは標準でオフです。条件を満たす記録がなければ、数字のスコアはありません。
